  • Colours and details may vary slightly due to screen settings and production processes

Each TSAU piece is part of a considered capsule; availability is not guaranteed once sold out.

All TSAU sales are final.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where an item is deemed faulty.

If you believe your item is faulty or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear supporting images

Fault claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping fees, customs charges, and duties are non-refundable.
