All TSAU pieces are produced in limited quantities and released as part of curated capsule collections. For this reason, all sales are final.

No Returns or Refunds

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases, unless an item is deemed faulty.

We strongly encourage customers to review all product details, sizing information, and imagery carefully before completing a purchase.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your email], including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear supporting images

Each case will be assessed individually. Approved faults will be resolved at our discretion.

Shipping & Duties

  • Shipping fees, customs charges, and import duties are non-refundable

  • TSAU is not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services
